When will you fulfill my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

Due to limited resources for processing orders during the COVID-19, orders may experience delays but we will try our best to ship your order at our earliest convenience. Please contact order@clothsec.com for any questions or concerns placing your order. In accordance with public social distancing recommendations, all employees capable of working remotely are doing so. When processing orders, we are being diligent with cleaning and sterilization procedures to further reduce any risks. Thank you for your support and understanding during these trying times.

How are your products made?

We work with a number of suppliers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at order@clothsec.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
